Dental Assistant (Bilingual - English/Spanish) Miami, FL (Travel Between Offices) | $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Opportunity Overview Great Expressions Dental Centers (GEDC) is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Dental Assistant to join our growing team in Miami, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, EFDA-certified Dental Assistant who enjoys working in a collaborative, patient-focused environment and is committed to delivering exceptional care. This position is based primarily in our SW 22nd Street office, with travel to our Coral Way location. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between offices.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, plus one Saturday per month (half-day)

Practice Highlights Primary office: 2501 SW 22nd Street, Miami, FL Secondary office: 11865 SW 26th Street, Suite C39, Miami, FL 33175 Mileage reimbursement provided between locations Collaborative team including General Dentistry, Pediatric Dentistry, Periodontics, Hygienists, Patient Care Coordinators, and Office Leadership

What You'll Do Assist dentists during a variety of clinical procedures while providing exceptional patient care. Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient care. Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment. Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment instructions. Anticipate provider needs to support efficient patient flow and clinical operations. Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation. Create a welcoming experience for English- and Spanish-speaking patients.

What You'll Bring Bilingual in English and Spanish. Current Florida Dental Assistant certification. Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification. Current X-ray certification. At least one year of Dental Assistant experience in a general dentistry practice. Strong communication and organizational skills. A patient-first mindset and commitment to delivering outstanding care.
