We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Oral Surgery Assistant to join our private practice. Our surgeons and team are committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, professional environment where teamwork, efficiency, and clinical excellence are valued every day.

This is an excellent opportunity for an assistant who enjoys oral surgery, thrives in a busy clinical setting, and takes pride in providing outstanding care to patients undergoing surgical procedures and IV sedation.

Provide chairside assistance during a wide range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures Prepare and assist patients undergoing IV sedation and surgical treatment Monitor patients during procedures and recovery while ensuring safety and comfort Obtain radiographs and assist with patient education and post-operative instructions Maintain treatment rooms, surgical equipment, and instruments according to OSHA and infection control standards Perform instrument sterilization and operatory turnover efficiently and accurately Collaborate with surgeons and team members to maintain an efficient patient flow throughout the day Travel between office locations as needed What We're Looking For:

NC Dental Radiography Certification Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification Ability to travel between office locations as needed Professional Development

DAANCE (Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certification Examination) certification is required within one year of employment. We are committed to supporting the professional growth and development of our team members as they advance their skills and careers. Preferred Experience

Previous oral surgery assisting experience Experience assisting with IV sedation and outpatient surgical procedures Strong knowledge of surgical instrumentation, sterilization, and infection control protocols The Ideal Candidate
