Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operations of a dental office Coach, mentor, and develop front and clinical team members Create an outstanding patient experience from check-in through treatment completion Present and coordinate comprehensive treatment plans Manage scheduling, patient flow, and office efficiency Monitor KPIs, collections, and office performance Maintain accurate patient accounts and financial records Oversee inventory, vendor relationships, and operational systems Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards Partner with doctors to achieve production and patient care goals Utilize Open Dental software and dental insurance workflows effectively

Qualifications Minimum one year of Dental Office Manager experience Previous dental front office experience Treatment planning experience Strong leadership and communication skills Experience with Open Dental preferred Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment coordination Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
