Our growing dental practice is looking for a Front Office Treatment Coordinator who is confident, compassionate, and motivated to help patients understand the value of their treatment while ensuring every visit is seamless from start to finish.
What You'll Do Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism. Coordinate and present treatment plans in a clear, confident, and compassionate manner. Help patients understand insurance benefits and financing options. Schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and patient convenience. Follow up on unscheduled treatment and outstanding care. Verify insurance and obtain necessary pre-authorizations. Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Collaborate with the clinical team to create an outstanding patient experience. Meet practice goals through effective communication and patient education. What We're Looking For Previous dental front office or treatment coordinator experience preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Positive attitude with a solution-oriented mindset. Comfortable discussing finances and treatment acceptance. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a busy environment. Experience with dental practice management software is a plus. Professional appearance and commitment to outstanding customer service.
