In This Role, You’ll…

• Welcome every patient with a warm smile and genuine compassion.

• Help patients feel comfortable, valued, and cared for from the moment they arrive.

• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and keep our days running smoothly.

• Verify insurance benefits and confidently explain treatment estimates and financial options.

• Coordinate with our clinical team to create a seamless patient experience.

• Build lasting relationships with patients and become an important part of their dental journey.

We’re Looking for Someone Who…

🩷 Has at least 2 years of dental front office experience.

🩷 Loves connecting with people and making them feel at home.

🩷 Is dependable, organized, and enjoys staying one step ahead.

🩷 Takes pride in creating a positive experience for every patient.
