We are out-of-network with all insurance — which means your schedule is built around clinical need, not reimbursement codes. No compressed 40-minute prophy columns. We're hiring one full-time hygienist to anchor our hygiene department for the long term.

What Your Day Looks Like

Assisted hygiene model — you work with dedicated assistant support so your time goes to assessment, instrumentation, and patient education, not room turnover or extra duties that take away from clinical care. Appointment times that match the patient — our patient base is largely retirees with real periodontal needs, medical complexity, and an expectation of unhurried, personal care. Appointments are templated accordingly Top-of-the-line equipment and instruments — modern operatories, current technology, and instruments that are maintained and replaced on schedule. You'll never fight your tools to do good work A doctor team that backs your perio recommendations — our written calibration standards mean you never have to guess which doctor will support your treatment plan

Compensation:

$50–60/hour base, with defined tenure step increases Monthly production bonus on top of base Signing bonus for the right candidate, details discussed at the interview Extensive benefit package
