Orthodontic Dental Assistant

Ello Orthodontics is a private orthodontic practice in Pearland, and we are looking for an experienced Orthodontic Assistant to join our close-knit team. This is not a short-term position — we're looking for someone who wants long-term growth with our practice.

What You Will Do:

• Provide chairside assistance during orthodontic procedures, including the placement and removal of brackets, bands, wires, and appliances
• Take diagnostic records, including photographs, digital scans, and radiographs, to support accurate treatment planning
• Maintain sterilization protocols and keep treatment rooms, instruments, and the clinical environment clean and well-organized
• Educate and guide patients on appliance care, oral hygiene, and what to expect at each stage of treatment, helping them feel confident and informed
• Complete clear, accurate clinical notes and documentation in our practice-management software
• Assist with scheduling patients and coordinating appointment flow to keep the day running smoothly
• Cross-train across roles as needed, supporting the team wherever help is needed most

What does the perfect fit look like to us?

-1 year of Orthodontic/Denetal Assisting experience preferred

Job Type: 4 days a week (approx. 30–32 hours/week) Location: Pearland, Texas Salary: $20–25/hour
