Our growing pediatric dental practice is looking for a Dental Assistant / Sterilization Technician who takes pride in keeping our clinical team running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in dentistry while working in a positive, fast-paced environment.
No two days are the same, and you'll play an important role in delivering an exceptional experience for our patients and supporting our doctors and clinical team.
Responsibilities: Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols Turn over treatment rooms efficiently between patients Stock operatories and keep the clinical area organized Assist with making retainers and clear aligners using our in-office 3D printer and digital workflow Help with lab duties and other clinical support tasks Jump in wherever needed to keep the day running smoothly We're Looking For Someone Who Is: Experienced in a dental office (preferred) Dependable, punctual, and hardworking Organized with strong attention to detail A positive team player with a willingness to learn Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to multitask while maintaining high standards
