Our privately owned dental practice is looking for an exceptional RDA. We are a busy, patient-focused practice looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. We take pride in providing exceptional care in a warm, welcoming environment where both our patients and team feel like family.

We are looking for:

• Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification
• Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
• Team player who is organized, dependable, and compassionate
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Eaglesoft (or similar dental software) is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting the doctor with dental procedures
• Preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing instruments
• Taking digital X-rays and maintaining patient records
• Helping create a comfortable and positive patient experience
