We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join and our team. The ideal candidate will support our dentists and hygienists in providing high-quality patient care while assisting in various dental procedures. **Duties:**

Assist dentists and hygienists with patient care, including taking vital signs and preparing patients for procedures.

Perform various dental assisting tasks, such as suctioning, preparing instruments, and sterilizing equipment.

Operate 3D scanners and other dental technology as needed.

Maintain patient records and update medical history as necessary.

Participate in four-handed dentistry, working closely with the dentist and hygienist.

Provide support during endodontic procedures.

Utilize Dentrixt software for patient scheduling and record-keeping.

Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to HIPAA regulations.

Assist with pediatric dental care, providing gentle and patient-friendly care.

Maintain knowledge of general dentistry procedures and stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies.

**Experience:**

Prior experience as a dental assistant is preferred.

Familiarity with 3D scanning technology is an asset.

Knowledge of vital signs and patient care is essential.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.

Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.

Experience with Dentrix software is a plus.
