Dental Front Office
Job Description
About Us & Our Team At Roseroot Dental, we are a thriving, patient-focused practice dedicated to providing exceptional care and a welcoming environment. We rely on state-of-the-art third-party digital and administrative support to streamline our workflow—meaning less busywork, a highly efficient day-to-day operation, and more time to focus on our patients.
A cornerstone of our practice's success is our partnership with First Pacific Corporation, who has provided us with seamless remote financial and administrative support since 1991.
The Schedule This is a core part-time position covering our primary mid-week clinic days.
Schedule: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (all or mostly required).
The Role We are looking for one amazingly talented individual to own the front-desk experience. In this role, you will often handle reception, scheduling, and patient financial guiding independently up-front. However, you will never be truly alone—you will have full back-of-house support from our in-office clinical team, alongside robust, remote administrative backing from First Pacific Corporation.
What You Will Do In this role, you are much more than a receptionist; you are a primary guide for our patients throughout their healthcare journey.
First-Class Hospitality: Warmly welcome patients, manage check-in/check-out processes, and ensure the reception area reflects our high standards.
Financial Guidance & Support: Help patients understand their financial responsibilities, set up payment arrangements, and navigate their dental insurance coverage with clarity and empathy.
Seamless Operations: Manage scheduling, field phone calls, and keep the daily schedule running smoothly using our digital tools.
Practice Growth: Confidently educate patients on our services, promote practice membership options, and encourage satisfied patients to leave reviews and refer friends.
Collaborative Administration: Work in smooth coordination with our clinical staff and First Pacific Corporation for back-office and financial workflow.
Who You Are Self-Motivated & Capable: Confident taking full ownership of the front desk and running day-to-day administrative operations smoothly.
Empathetic & Financial-Savvy: Knowledgeable (or quick to learn) about dental insurance coverage, with the ability to discuss costs and payment options warmly and clearly.
Warm & Professional: Possess exceptional interpersonal skills, making every patient feel comfortable and cared for.
A 'Soft Sales' Natural: Comfortable making recommendations, explaining service values, and encouraging reviews.
Highly Reliable: Dependability on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays is essential to our office flow.
Tech-Savvy: Quick to learn and navigate modern management software and digital tools. (Previous dental front desk or billing/insurance experience is a major plus!)
