We are hiring an office manager position. We need someone with experience please!
This office offers single visit crown appointments, single posterior implants, and Clear Correct. We are a modern dentist office and we work with some of the latest dental technology, including two CERAC machines and CBCT.
OSHA, HIPPA and CPR training is preferred. It will be provided yearly during employment.
MUST HAVE DENTAL EXPERIENCE
Responsibilities and Duties
- Interact with patients in a positive professional manner via telephone and in-person
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Accurately confirm insurance benefits, communicate and collect patient payment obligations.
- Maintain and manage patient records from initial forms and paperwork through billing procedures with accurate data entry of all patient information
- Respond to and reply to requests for information
- Able to notify insurance with correct tooth numbers on a radiograph
- Eaglesoft/Denticon training and knowledge a plus!
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and patient privacy
- Billing and Accounts for two provider dentist office (80% of job)
- Assist with claim submission and unpaid claim follow-up
