Associate Dentist (Part-Time)

Nuvo Dental is a modern, privately owned dental practice located in Lake Buena Vista, Orlando, Florida. Just minutes from Disney Springs & Dr. Phillips.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Part-Time Associate Dentist to join our team one day per week (Tuesday or Saturday). This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated dentist seeking a supportive environment, clinical autonomy, and the opportunity to grow alongside an expanding private practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive examinations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Diagnose and treat patients with a strong focus on quality, ethics, and patient education.
• Provide restorative dentistry, crown and bridge, emergency treatment, simple extractions, and other general dental procedures.
• Collaborate with our clinical team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
• Accurately document clinical findings and treatment using our electronic dental records.
• Maintain the highest standards of infection control and patient safety.
• Build trust with patients through excellent communication and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active Florida dental license in good standing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred, but not required.
• Passion for patient-centered, comprehensive dentistry.
• Strong diagnostic and treatment planning abilities.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
• New graduates are welcome to apply; mentorship and support are available for the right candidate.

Compensation & Schedule

Schedule

• Part-time
• One day per week (Tuesday or Saturday)
• Tuesday: 8-hour Full clinical day
• Saturday: 6-hour clinical day
• Opportunity for additional days

Compensation

• 30% of adjusted production
• Guaranteed minimum of $650 per day during the first 90 days
• Competitive earning potential based on productivity
