Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental histories, to develop accurate diagnoses using dental terminology and medical imaging techniques.
• Perform a wide range of dental procedures such as dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, orthodontics, dental implants, and oral surgery with precision and care.
• Utilize dental software , Dentrix for documentation of medical records, treatment plans, and billing processes while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
• Communicate effectively with patients to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and post-care instructions while fostering a welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with team members on patient care strategies, ensuring adherence to state healthcare regulations and best practices in healthcare diagnosis.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, and advancements in general dentistry to provide the highest quality of care.

Experience

• Proven experience working in a dental clinic or dental office environment with hands-on experience in general dentistry procedures.
• Long term provider who wants to complete continuing education and do full mouth dentistry.
