*Job Posting: Part-Time Associated Dentist (Commission-Based) *

*Location: Kendall Breeze Dental Centers – 12001 sw 128th ct ste 103 Miami F 33186 *

*Position: Part-Time Associate Dentist *

*Compensation: Commission-Based (35% of Collections) *

*Schedule: *

*Tuesday & Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM *

*Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM *

*Key Responsibilities: *

*Provide high-quality dental care, including exams, crowns, bridges, veneers, implants, extractions and endodontics treatments. *

*Maintain active Florida dental license, DEA license, and malpractice insurance. *

*Ensure patient satisfaction and adhere to professional dental standards. *

*Additional Details: *

*Commission Pay Only (35% of Collections) *

*Lab Fees Split: 50% paid by the Practice, 50% by the Associate. *

*Failed treatment within 1 year must be replaced at the Associate’s expense. *
