NEW GRADS WELCOME

Our dental office is seeking an Associate Dentist to join our team. We offer clinical mentorship and coaching. Our office is digitally equipped with the latest technologies, including digital x-rays, CBCT Panorex units, and digital scanners.

Responsibilities:

• Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients

• Provide comprehensive dental care

• Educate patients on oral health and proper dental hygiene practices

• Collaborate with a team of dental professionals to ensure high-quality patient care

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Experience:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school

• Valid Virginia dental license

• Valid Virginia DEA preferred but not required

• Experience working with Eaglesoft digital dental software is preferred but not required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and staff members

*Pay: *$200,000.00 guarantee and 30% collections
