Braced Orthodontics is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Financial & Appointment Coordinator to join our growing team. We are looking for an individual who enjoys building relationships with patients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to providing exceptional customer service. Work Schedule: · Monday & Wednesday: 7:45 AM – 5:15 PM · Tuesday & Thursday: 6:45 AM – 2:30 PM · Friday: Flexible hours, approximately 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Responsibilities: · Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously · Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently · Welcome and assist patients with a positive, friendly attitude · Review treatment fees, financial arrangements, and payment options with new patients · Manage accounts receivable and patient account balances · Follow up on outstanding insurance claims and assist with insurance questions · Maintain accurate patient records and administrative documentation · Work closely with the clinical team to provide an outstanding patient experience · Contribute to a positive, supportive, and team-oriented office culture · May do minimal emergency care and orthodontic assisting Qualifications: · Previous dental or orthodontic front office experience greatly preferred · Administrative experience in a dental or healthcare setting is highly desirable · Knowledge of dental insurance, accounts receivable, and financial coordination is a plus · Excellent communication and customer service skills · Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail · Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced office · Comfortable using computers and learning new software · Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are highly encouraged to apply What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, compassionate, and enjoys helping others.
