Lead Administrator

In this role, you will:
● Support the doctor with daily administrative and personal assistant tasks
● Manage schedules, calendars, and daily priorities to keep the day running smoothly
● Follow up on tasks, communications, and action items to ensure nothing is missed
● Assist with patient coordination and office workflow as needed
● Communicate clearly with the doctor and team to help maintain efficiency
● Use computer systems and apps to organize, track, and manage information
● Help improve systems, organization, and overall office productivity
We are looking for someone who is:
● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
● Comfortable taking direction and following through consistently
● A quick learner who adapts easily to new systems and tools
● Strong with computers, apps, and digital organization
● Professional, calm under pressure, and solution-oriented

● Dental or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
