What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have: • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a general dentistry front office and/or treatment coordinator role (professional references required) • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • A warm, professional, and patient-focused demeanor • Exceptional customer service and telephone communication skills • Experience using Dentrix practice management software • The ability to confidently present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements with patients • Experience processing payments, posting checks, and managing patient accounts accurately • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail • The ability to prioritize responsibilities, work independently, and remain productive in a fast-paced environment • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to helping the team succeed • A collaborative, team-first mindset with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
