Responsibilities
- Warmly greet, check in, and check out patients
- Answering phones, manage schedules, and confirm appointments.
- Maintain patient files in compliance with privacy regulations and office policies.
- Provide excellent patient service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all patients.
- Support day-today administrative tasks to keep the front office running efficiently.
Experience
- Must have experience working at a dental office.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
- Strong communication, professionalism, and customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
