Our growing private dental practice in Greater Houston area is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Front Office Team Member to join our team! MUST be Bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish).

Key Responsibilities: • Greet patients and families with a friendly attitude. • Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently. • Manage phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally. • Verify insurance information and process claims. • Handle patient check-ins and check-outs. • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure seamless communication between patients, providers, and staff. Maintain a clean and organized front office space. • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
