Great Expressions Dental Centers (GEDC) is seeking a Lead Dentist to join our established practice in Liberty, NY. With a flexible 4–5 day schedule and the opportunity for a three-day weekend, you'll have the autonomy to deliver exceptional patient care while collaborating with an experienced clinical team.

• 4,200-square-foot, 8-operatory practice
• Fully digital and paperless environment

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and treat oral health conditions using advanced dental procedures.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
• Educate patients on treatment options to support informed decision-making.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and build positive patient relationships.
• Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative team members to support smooth practice operations.
• Provide guidance on treatment plans, clinical protocols, and best practices.
• Follow established clinical protocols, including infection control and safety measures.
• Implement and follow specialty referral guidelines when appropriate.

What You'll Bring

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active, unrestricted dental license.
• Experience with treatment planning, case presentations, and patient education.
• Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative team members.
