Looking for a General Dentist with Advanced Surgical Expertise (Full-Time or Part-Time)! Our growing multi-location practice in Virginia is seeking a skilled General Dentist with a strong focus on complex surgical procedures and comprehensive restorative care. If you excel in advanced cases and want to focus purely on patient care while leaving practice management to us, this is the ideal opportunity. We provide state-of-the-art equipment, full support staff, lab resources, and a customizable schedule with no weekends or evenings. Qualifications:
- DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental program
- Active, unrestricted Virginia dental license in good standing
- Advanced clinical proficiency in complex surgical procedures, including:
- Impacted wisdom teeth extractions & complex surgical extractions
- Dental implant placement (single, multiple, and full-arch/All-on-X experience preferred)
- Full-mouth reconstructions & complex restorative rehabilitation
- Bone grafting and site preservation techniques
- Strong chairside manner, excellent communication skills, and leadership within a clinical team
- Availability to work 1 to 4 weekdays per week
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive oral evaluations, treatment planning, advanced surgical care, and full-arch/complex restorative treatments
- Deliver exceptional patient outcomes while managing complex surgical cases safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with dedicated support staff and expanded-function assistants assigned to streamline your workflow
- Maintain accurate, timely EMR clinical documentation
- Oversee clinical support staff, including dental assistants and hygienists, during surgical and restorative procedures
