What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Deliver high-quality preventive, restorative, and comprehensive general dentistry
- Perform procedures including deep cleaning, fillings, crowns and bridges
- Provide treatment for patients across a range of ages and clinical needs
- Educate patients on their oral health, treatment options, and preventive care
- Establish strong, lasting relationships with patients through compassionate and personalized care
- Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment documentation
- Follow all OSHA, HIPAA, infection-control, and state regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, administrative staff, and dental specialists to provide seamless patient care
- Coordinate referrals when specialty treatment is indicated
- Utilize modern dental technology and practice-management systems
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development
What We're Looking For
- DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school
- Active dental license in California and in good standing
- Strong clinical skills and sound diagnostic judgment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine commitment to patient-centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively in a positive, team-oriented environment
- Comfortable treating a variety of dental conditions and patient needs
