Associate General Dentist

We are looking for a skilled, compassionate, and motivated Associate General Dentist to join our growing team.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Deliver high-quality preventive, restorative, and comprehensive general dentistry
• Perform procedures including deep cleaning, fillings, crowns and bridges
• Provide treatment for patients across a range of ages and clinical needs
• Educate patients on their oral health, treatment options, and preventive care
• Establish strong, lasting relationships with patients through compassionate and personalized care
• Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment documentation
• Follow all OSHA, HIPAA, infection-control, and state regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, administrative staff, and dental specialists to provide seamless patient care
• Coordinate referrals when specialty treatment is indicated
• Utilize modern dental technology and practice-management systems
• Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development

What We're Looking For

• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school
• Active dental license in California and in good standing
• Strong clinical skills and sound diagnostic judgment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine commitment to patient-centered care
• Ability to work collaboratively in a positive, team-oriented environment
• Comfortable treating a variety of dental conditions and patient needs
