Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures and help provide quality patient care.
Duties:

Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations and procedures

Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment

Assist the dentist during dental procedures

Take digital x-rays

Educate patients on oral hygiene and postoperative care

Maintain accurate patient records
Requirements:

Knowledge of infection control protocols

Familiarity with general dentistry procedures

Understanding of dental terminology

Proficiency in aseptic techniques

Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
-
Experience with four-handed dentistry techniques
-Licensed as a Registered Dental Assistant in Washington State
- Proficiency in PracticeWorks software is a plus
-Familiarity with perio, endo, ortho, surgery and implants is a plus
