We’re looking for an experienced Full-Time Licensed Dental Assistant who brings great energy, takes pride in their work, and genuinely enjoys taking care of people.
$1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS
The Opportunity
You’ll work alongside our doctors to provide an exceptional patient experience while helping the clinical day run smoothly.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have a current dental assisting license
- Have at least 2 years of dental assisting experience in a private practice setting (DSO experience does not count toward this requirement)
- Have experience assisting with specialty procedures
- Are confident with digital workflows and intraoral scanning
- Have experience with same-day crowns and Invisalign attachments
- Can take traditional impressions when needed
- Are comfortable educating patients, reviewing post-op instructions, and answering questions
- Anticipate the doctor’s needs and keep appointments moving efficiently
- Are a strong problem solver and troubleshooter
- Take initiative, stay organized, and pay attention to the details
- Are dependable, positive, coachable, and team-oriented
- Genuinely enjoy taking care of people
