We're looking for an experienced Registered Dental Assistant to join our San Antonio team.

But we're not just looking for someone who can check the boxes of an RDA job description.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in being really good at what they do.

Someone who can handle the intensity and pace of a surgical day, but also has the patience and attention to detail needed for high-quality prosthetic work. Someone who sees what needs to be done and handles it instead of waiting to be asked. Someone who's comfortable learning new technology, solving problems, and continuing to get better.

We can teach a lot of things. Initiative, attitude, and the desire to be excellent are harder to teach.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a hands-on clinical role with a heavy focus on full-mouth implant surgery and prosthetics.

You'll work alongside our doctors and clinical team through multiple parts of the patient journey, including:

• Assisting with full-mouth dental implant surgeries
• Preparing surgical rooms, instruments, materials, and equipment
• Supporting sedation and surgical workflows
• Taking digital scans and working within digital dental workflows
• Assisting with prosthetic appointments, adjustments, and delivery
• Helping create a smooth, comfortable experience for patients during some pretty life-changing appointments
• Maintaining excellent infection-control and sterilization standards
• Troubleshooting clinical equipment and technology when needed
• Working with 3D printers and other digital dental technology
• Learning new systems, equipment, and workflows as our technology continues to evolve
• Jumping in where needed and helping the clinical team win the day

Who We're Looking For

The right person probably sounds something like this:

• You're a Registered Dental Assistant with solid clinical experience
• You're comfortable in a fast-paced surgical environment
• You have a good clinical touch and strong attention to detail
• You're confident with technology—or at least you're the person who isn't afraid to figure it out
• You're organized and dependable
• You communicate well with patients, doctors, and teammates
• You stay calm when the day gets busy
• You notice things that need to be done without someone constantly pointing them out
• You take feedback well and actually use it
• You're flexible and willing to work some early mornings or later days when the surgical schedule requires it
• Most importantly, you care about your work and want to be excellent at it

Experience with implant dentistry, oral surgery, sedation, prosthetics, digital scanning, CAD/CAM, or 3D printing is a major plus.

Don't have experience with every piece of that list? That's okay.

We're not expecting someone to know everything on Day 1. We're looking for someone capable enough, curious enough, and motivated enough to learn.

Schedule

Our San Antonio clinical schedule can include both early surgical mornings and later clinical days. Candidates should have enough flexibility to support a schedule that may fall within approximately 5:00 AM–6:00 PM, depending on the day and patient schedule.

This does not mean you'll work 5:00 AM–6:00 PM every day. It does mean we're looking for someone who can be flexible when the clinical schedule calls for an early start or later finish.
