This is a hands-on front office position focused on welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, insurance verification, and creating an exceptional patient experience. This is not an office management position.

What You’ll Do

🩷 Welcome every patient with a warm smile and genuine compassion. 🩷 Help patients feel comfortable, valued, and cared for from the moment they arrive. 🩷 Answer phones, schedule appointments, and keep our days running smoothly. 🩷 Verify insurance benefits and confidently discuss treatment estimates and financial arrangements. 🩷 Coordinate with our clinical team to create a seamless patient experience.

We’re Looking for Someone Who… 🩷 At least 1 years of dental front office experience. 🩷 Friendly, dependable, and genuinely enjoys helping people. 🩷 Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 🩷 Excellent communication and customer service skills. 🩷 Comfortable with scheduling, insurance verification, patient communication, and working as part of a team. 🩷 Values kindness, integrity, professionalism, and teamwork.
