Job Description

Treatment Plan Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and people-focused Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our growing periodontal practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys working with patients, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and is exceptionally strong at follow-up and follow-through.

Our practice is known for high-quality care, a strong team culture, and a personalized patient experience. We are looking for someone who can build meaningful relationships with patients while staying highly organized behind the scenes to ensure every treatment plan continues moving forward.

In this role, you will:

• Build strong relationships with patients and help them feel informed, comfortable, and cared for throughout their treatment journey • Present and coordinate treatment plans, answering questions and helping patients understand their recommended care • Follow up consistently with patients regarding treatment, scheduling, financial questions, and next steps • Track treatment plans and outstanding action items so nothing falls through the cracks • Take ownership of patients from treatment presentation through scheduling and completion • Communicate closely with the doctor and team to ensure seamless coordination of patient care • Maintain accurate, detailed records and stay on top of multiple patients and priorities • Identify opportunities to improve patient follow-up, communication, and office systems • Use technology, software, and digital tools to organize and track information • Provide a warm, professional, and exceptional patient experience at every interaction

We are looking for someone who is:

• Extremely detail-oriented and naturally organized • Genuinely enjoys working with people and building relationships • Exceptional at follow-up, follow-through, and closing the loop • Takes personal accountability and owns tasks from beginning to end • Proactive and able to anticipate what needs to happen next • Warm, confident, and comfortable communicating with patients • A strong listener who can understand patient concerns and help find solutions • Comfortable having conversations about treatment and helping patients make decisions about their care • A quick learner who adapts easily to new systems and technology • Calm, professional, and solution-oriented • Motivated by achieving goals and seeing things through to completion • Dental or healthcare experience is a plus, but the right personality, accountability, and work ethic are more important

What we offer:

• A supportive, positive, and team-oriented environment • The opportunity to build genuine relationships with patients • A meaningful role directly impacting the success of our patients and practice • Opportunity for increased responsibility and growth within a growing specialty practice • A team that values communication, accountability, and doing things exceptionally well

If you are someone who loves people, loves organization, and takes pride in making sure every detail is handled and every patient is followed up with, we would love to hear from you.
