Dental Hygienist

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist at Schwartz Dental Group . The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of dental terminology and patient care, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of service. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in promoting oral health and providing preventative care to our patients.

Duties

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations, including medical histories and vital signs.
• Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing procedures to maintain optimal oral hygiene.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
• Utilize dental software such as Fuse and Weave for patient records management.
• Assist in medical imaging procedures as needed, ensuring accurate documentation of findings.
• Collaborate with the dental team to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with clinic protocols.

Requirements

• Valid dental hygiene license in the state of practice.
• Proficient knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy.
• Experience with patient care in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with Fuse software is an asset.
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate patients on oral health practices.
• Ability to assess patient needs and provide compassionate care.
• Knowledge of medical imaging techniques is beneficial.

Schedule

• Monday 8am-2pm
• Tuesday 8am-4pm
• Wednesday 8am-2pm
• Thursday 8am-4pm EVERY OTHER WEEK
• Friday OFF

Pay: $1,528.68 - $1,840.99 per week
