Dental Office Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, organized, and motivated Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities
● Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental office
● Lead, train, and support front office and administrative staff
● Manage patient scheduling, confirmations, check-in/check-out, and overall patient flow
● Coordinate treatment presentations and help improve case acceptance
● Oversee insurance verification, billing, claims, collections, and accounts receivable
● Monitor office production, collections, and key financial goals
● Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with office policies and regulations
● Handle patient concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly
● Coordinate with dentists and clinical staff to ensure an efficient workflow
● Manage office supplies, vendors, and inventory
● Assist with hiring, onboarding, performance management, and staff development
● Implement systems and procedures to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction
● Maintain a professional, welcoming, and positive office environment
Qualifications
● Previous dental office management experience preferred
● Strong knowledge of dental terminology, insurance, billing, and practice management
● Excellent leadership and communication skills
● Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
● Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
● Professional, dependable, and patient-focused
● Experience with dental practice management software preferred
● Strong computer and administrative skills

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
