We’re seeking a seasoned Office Practice Manager with a strong dental corporate (DPO or multi-location) background who knows how to lead teams, drive performance, and think strategically about growth.
This role is ideal for a leader who has successfully managed larger, fast-paced dental organizations and understands both the people's side and the business side of dentistry.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Office Practice Manager in a dental corporation or multi-site organization
- (Experience limited to solo practices will not be a fit for this role)
- Strong understanding of EBITDA growth, operational efficiency, and profitability
- Demonstrated ability to analyze KPIs, track trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Experience managing large teams, workflows, and complex operations
- Confident communicator who can motivate, inspire, and hold teams accountable
- Ability to coach leaders, elevate culture, and drive consistent performance
- Comfortable partnering with executive leadership and aligning office goals with company strategy Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations while ensuring financial and operational targets are met
- Monitor and improve KPIs including production, collections, scheduling efficiency, and labor
- Drive EBITDA-focused initiatives through cost control, productivity, and process improvement
- Lead, mentor, and inspire team members to perform at their highest level
- Foster a positive, accountable, and growth-oriented office culture
- Implement systems, workflows, and best practices consistent with a corporate dental environment
