We are a well-established private dental practice in the East Bay seeking a motivated and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team on Wednesday (Temporary for 6 weeks).

This is an excellent opportunity for a hygienist who values quality care, clinical autonomy, and a supportive, non-corporate environment—with the potential to grow into more days as our practice continues to expand.

Compensation & Schedule

• $70–$75 per hour (based on experience)
• Fridays (consistent weekly schedule) - Flexible
• Opportunity to expand into additional days in the future

Clinical Environment & Technology

• Fully digital practice using Open Dental
• Modern technology including CBCT and intraoral scanners
• Strong hygiene systems and supportive assistants
• Efficient scheduling that allows time for quality patient care

Who We’re Looking For

• Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in California
• Patient-first mindset with strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in clinical care
• Comfortable using digital systems (Open Dental preferred)
• Spanish-speaking is a plus
• Growth-minded and open to expanding schedule in the future

Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and charting
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care
• Take digital X-rays
• Collaborate with doctor and team for comprehensive treatment planning
