Registered Dental Hygienist

We are opening a brand new, modern dental office and are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our founding team. This is a unique opportunity to help build a practice from the ground up while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide preventative dental care, including cleanings, scaling, and root planing
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and ongoing care
• Take digital X-rays and maintain accurate patient records
• Assist in developing a comfortable and positive patient experience
• Utilize Eaglesoft software for scheduling and charting

Qualifications:

• Active Dental Hygienist license in VA
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Experience with Eaglesoft preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
• Detail-oriented with a positive, team-first attitude
