About Us
At Smile Society Orthodontics, we are a patient-centered practice dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based orthodontic care.
If you can seat, scan, and turn a chair quickly, you’ll thrive here; but speed is just the floor, not the ceiling. Our practice handles a wide variety of cases, including routine treatments alongside complex surgical and craniofacial orthopedics. You will learn advanced care chairside from a team that explains the why behind treatment, not just the next step. We value long-term patient relationships, rigorous attention to detail, and helping our team members grow through sponsored training and continuing education.

- Patient Care & Education: Guide patients and parents through oral hygiene, appliance care, and treatment instructions with clarity and warmth.
- Sterilization & Operations: Execute strict infection control procedures, manage instrument sterilization/processing, and ensure clinical bays are clean, organized, and fully stocked.

- Clinical Experience: Dental or orthodontic assisting experience (or completion of an accredited Dental Assisting program). Orthodontic experience is preferred.
- Certifications: Illinois Dental Assistant requirements met, including Dental Radiography certification. Current CPR/BLS certification required.
