Dental Assistant (Experienced / Bilingual Preferred)
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing dental practice!
We are seeking someone who enjoys working with patients, has a positive attitude, and works well as part of a team. Our office provides a variety of dental services, and we are looking for an assistant who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Take dental X-rays
- Assist with patient education and post-treatment instructions
- Set up and break down treatment rooms
- Maintain proper infection control and sterilization procedures
- Take impressions and assist with lab cases as needed
- Assist with procedures including crowns, bridges, dentures, implants, root canals, and other general dentistry procedures
- Help create a comfortable and welcoming experience for patients
Requirements:
- Previous dental assisting experience needed
- Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
- Ability to take dental X-rays
- Knowledge of sterilization and infection control procedures
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Friendly personality and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Spanish-speaking is a must
