Two opportunities available: Orthodontic Smile Technician + Patient Experience Coordinator

We’re GoClear Orthodontics, and we do things a little differently. Our practice is growing, and we’re looking for TWO amazing people to join our Fort Mill team. One role is clinical. ✨ ORTHODONTIC SMILE TECHNICIAN

-$22+/hour based on experience -You know orthodontics. You’re confident chairside, comfortable working independently, and love the combination of great clinical care and building relationships with patients. -We’re looking for a DAII with 2+ years of orthodontic experience or a highly experienced DAI who has worked extensively in an orthodontic specialty practice. -You should be comfortable with:

• Fixed appliances and aligners
• Bonding and debonding
• Archwire adjustments
• Running your own chairside column
• Clinical documentation and charting
• Creating comfortable, efficient and FUN patient visits

Our team works with modern orthodontic systems including Invisalign, Damon System braces, LightForce braces, Hyrax Expanders and Carriere Motion appliances. We want someone who is clinically strong but also understands that how a patient feels while they're in your chair matters just as much as what you're doing clinically.

✨ PATIENT EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR

-$18–$20/hour -No dental experience required. -Are you the person who remembers someone's name after meeting them once? The one who notices when someone looks nervous and immediately knows how to make them comfortable? You might be exactly who we're looking for. -Our Patient Experience Coordinator is one of the faces and voices of GoClear and helps make sure every interaction feels warm, organized and genuinely personal. -You’ll help with:

• Welcoming patients BY NAME
• Phone calls, emails and new patient inquiries
• Scheduling and coordinating patient visits
• Creating a beautiful, welcoming front-office experience
• Practice and team logistics
• Vendor and referring-office communication
• Basic financial and reporting responsibilities
• Learning OrthoFi and cross-training in treatment presentation

We’re looking for someone with 2+ years of experience in hospitality, customer service, marketing, sales or another people-focused role. You should be organized, comfortable with technology, a great communicator and naturally outgoing, upbeat and proactive. We’ll teach you the orthodontics.

THE DETAILS 📍 Primary Location: Kingsley Town Center | Fort Mill, SC 📍 Additional GoClear location in Forest Acres/Columbia, SC

Typical Schedule: -Monday–Thursday | approximately 7:30 AM–5:30 PM -Patient Experience Coordinator also works Friday mornings. -Occasional travel between our Fort Mill and Columbia locations may be necessary depending on the position and practice needs. -After-hours team or practice events may occasionally be scheduled in advance.
