What You'll Do

• Greet and prepare patients, helping them feel relaxed and informed before and during treatment
• Assist the dentist chairside with procedures, instruments, and materials
• Take X-rays, impressions, and assist with sterilization protocols
• Build rapport with patients — checking in, answering questions, and easing any anxiety
• Help explain treatment plans and next steps in a friendly, approachable way
• Support scheduling and follow-ups to keep the day on track
• Collaborate closely with the front desk and dentist to ensure smooth patient flow

What We're Looking For

• A naturally outgoing, personable communicator who enjoys talking with people
• Comfortable initiating conversations and following up proactively (with patients and team members)
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and organized in a clinical setting
• X-ray certification a plus
• Certificate for coronal polishing and topical fluoride application
• Positive, can-do attitude and genuine enjoyment of helping people feel comfortable
