Dental Front Office

Director of First Impressions Full Time | 32–40 Hours | Are you a happy, bubbly people person who loves making patients feel welcome? Do you have at least ONE YEAR of experience in a GENERAL DENTAL PRACTICE? If so, we want to talk with you! Who We Are Midfield Dental Center has been serving patients in our community for many years, but we aren't standing still. We are an established PPO general dental practice that is growing and evolving. We're upgrading technology, improving systems, refreshing our office, and working together to make our practice even better. With multiple doctors, three hygienists, and a busy front office team, we believe in helping one another, learning together, and creating a great experience for our patients. Who We're Looking For Our Director of First Impressions needs to be exactly that. Someone warm, outgoing, positive, and genuinely happy to see people. You'll be responsible for: • Greeting and welcoming patients • Confirming appointments • Entering accurate patient information into Eaglesoft • Ensuring electronic paperwork is complete • Helping patients with handheld tablets and electronic forms • Providing secondary phone support and confidently communicating with patients about their dental needs • Working alongside our front office team to keep the day running smoothly One Important Requirement A minimum of ONE YEAR of experience in a GENERAL DENTAL PRACTICE is required. This is a deal breaker. You need to already understand dental terminology, common general dentistry procedures, and how a dental practice operates. Experienced Dental Assistants looking to transition to the front office are encouraged to apply!
