Front Desk Administrator – Smile Fort Worth TEMPORARY POSITION| Monday–Thursday 7:30 AM–5:00 PM Start ASAP(today if possible!). Last day 12/17/2026

Smile Fort Worth is a private family dental practice that’s been caring for patients of all ages for years — watching families grow and helping them smile with confidence along the way. We’re looking for a Temporary Admin/Coordinator to join our team and help us make every patient’s experience with our office smooth, welcoming, and memorable. We'd love to have you join us ASAP, and your final scheduled day to work would be Thursday, December 17th, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming and professional experience for all patients
• Answer phone calls and emails with warmth and accuracy
• Treatment Plan presentation and appointment booking
• Track and report practice analytics for weekly scorecard metrics
• Support administrative projects and front office operations as needed
• Follow-ups with the goal of scheduling pending treatment

What We’re Looking For:

-Previous dental front office experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person with great communication skills and a positive attitude -Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills -A team player who values relationships with both patients and coworkers -Friendly, reliable, and comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment
