Are you a warm, organized, and people-loving professional? We’re looking for a Front Office superstar to join our team at Schwed Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics! As the first smiling face our patients and their families see, you’ll play a key role in making every visit a positive, welcoming experience.

We’re a small, close-knit pediatric dental practice that truly enjoys working together to care for our amazing little patients. If you're upbeat, dependable, and ready to grow in a fun, supportive environment, we’d love to meet you!

🕒 Schedule: Full-time: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM and Friday 8:00 AM-2:00 PM

Immediate start!

💼 What You’ll Do: Greet patients and families with a warm, friendly attitude

Answer phones, schedule appointments, and confirm visits

Verify insurance and help with billing and claims

Manage patient records and ensure smooth day-to-day office flow

Communicate with team members to keep everything running efficiently

Provide exceptional customer service with patience and professionalism

✅ What We’re Looking For:

At least 1 year of experience in a dental or Customer Service

Knowledge of dental software (e.g., Open Dental) is a plus but not a requirement

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Friendly, compassionate, and calm under pressure

A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, family-centered environment
