Orthodontic Dental Front Office

East Texas Orthodontics is looking to hire a new full-time patient coordinator! We are a fully digital, multi-location practice looking for a friendly, organized, self starter to help our patients start their journey towards a smile that they love!

We travel between our Canton, Athens, and Mabank locations. Responsibilities will include scheduling patients in-office and over the phone, as well as helping to verify patient insurance coverage. We are big believers in cross-training, so there will be opportunities to train as a treatment and/or financial coordinator.

We have a strong team that works together to provide our patients the highest level of care! Orthodontics/dental/customer service/sales experience is a plus, loving people is a must. We are willing to train the right individual! Ideal candidate would have their RDA or be willing to acquire it during their first year of employment.
