Bonomo Periodontics is seeking an experienced, friendly, and upbeat Front Desk Coordinator to join our team! We’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting with patients, stays organized, and brings a positive attitude to each day. You’ll work alongside great doctors and a supportive staff who value teamwork and excellent patient care.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, approximately 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with occasional Fridays. Applicants must be available to work at both our Springboro and West Chester locations.

Responsibilities Greet patients and provide a welcoming, professional experience. Manage patient check-in and check-out. Answer calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate patient communications. Verify insurance information and maintain accurate patient records. Collect payments and assist with routine billing questions. Work closely with the clinical team to support an efficient daily schedule. Qualifications Previous dental front desk experience required—experienced applicants only. Friendly, upbeat personality with strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Ability to multitask while remaining patient and professional. Dependable, team-oriented, and comfortable working at both offices. Familiarity with dental scheduling software and insurance procedures.
