The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of dental and medical office operations. In this role, you will manage patient scheduling, insurance processing, and medical documentation while ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all patients. *
Responsibilities
Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily schedule
Verify PPO insurance benefits and assist with treatment coordination
Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records
Work collaboratively to ensure a smooth patient experience
Qualifications
Minimum 1 years of dental office experience preferred
Cross-trained in both front office and dental assisting preferred
Experience with Open Dental is a plus
Spanish-speaking is a plus
Knowledge of PPO insurance verification and treatment coordination
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Professional, dependable, and positive attitude within our practice!
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 36.0 per week
