About Us

We are a modern, patient-focused private dental practice with five operatories. Our office uses efficient digital workflows, including an in-house Medit intraoral scanner, to provide high-quality patient care.

We are building a strong, supportive, and drama-free team centered around three core values: adaptability, hustle, and taking initiative. We are seeking a motivated Registered Dental Assistant who shares these values and wants to grow with our practice long-term.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance for general dentistry, crowns, extractions, and other procedures
• Assist with implant procedures when needed; previous implant experience is a plus
• Take digital impressions using a Medit intraoral scanner
• Scan patients for crowns, bridges, and other restorative cases
• Prepare and break down treatment rooms
• Follow sterilization and infection-control protocols
• Take diagnostic dental X-rays
• Educate patients and help them feel comfortable throughout their visits
• Anticipate the needs of the doctor and team
• Take initiative and help support an efficient daily workflow
• Adapt to changing schedules, priorities, and office needs

Requirements

• Active California RDA license
• At least one year of dental assisting experience preferred
• Comfortable with digital dentistry
• Experience with intraoral scanners—Medit preferred—or a strong willingness to learn
• Flexible and open to learning, growing, and continually expanding clinical knowledge and skills
• Adaptable and able to respond positively to changes in workflow and priorities
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to hustle during busy days
• Self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative without needing constant direction
• Strong communication, punctuality, and teamwork
• Positive, dependable, and patient-focused
• Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays when needed
• RDAEF certification is a plus but not required
