We are a modern, patient-focused private dental practice with five operatories. Our office uses efficient digital workflows, including an in-house Medit intraoral scanner, to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance for general dentistry, crowns, extractions, and other procedures
- Assist with implant procedures when needed; previous implant experience is a plus
- Take digital impressions using a Medit intraoral scanner
- Scan patients for crowns, bridges, and other restorative cases
- Prepare and break down treatment rooms
- Follow sterilization and infection-control protocols
- Take diagnostic dental X-rays
- Educate patients and help them feel comfortable throughout their visits
- Anticipate the needs of the doctor and team
- Take initiative and help support an efficient daily workflow
- Adapt to changing schedules, priorities, and office needs
Requirements
- Active California RDA license
- At least one year of dental assisting experience preferred
- Comfortable with digital dentistry
- Experience with intraoral scanners—Medit preferred—or a strong willingness to learn
- Flexible and open to learning, growing, and continually expanding clinical knowledge and skills
- Adaptable and able to respond positively to changes in workflow and priorities
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to hustle during busy days
- Self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative without needing constant direction
- Strong communication, punctuality, and teamwork
- Positive, dependable, and patient-focused
- Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays when needed
- RDAEF certification is a plus but not required
