The Opportunity

We are seeking a Licensed Dental Assistant to work directly alongside our doctors and clinical team. This is an opportunity to do meaningful, hands-on clinical work while growing your skills in a practice that truly appreciates your contribution.

What You'll Do Arrive by 7:30 a.m. Monday through Thursday to prepare operatories, review the day, and participate in our 7:45 a.m. morning huddle so the team is aligned before patients arrive at 8:00 a.m. Assist the doctor chairside with a variety of procedures, providing efficient, attentive support while ensuring patients feel informed, comfortable, and cared for. Create accurate, detailed chart notes and documentation that help the team deliver consistent, high-quality care. Prepare treatment rooms and instruments between patients, and participate in sterilization and infection-control protocols to maintain a safe, clean environment. Pitch in with additional clinical and patient-care tasks as needed to help the team run smoothly and maintain an excellent patient experience. What Success Looks Like Within your first few months, you are independently managing chairside assisting duties, staying one step ahead of the doctor, and keeping the schedule running smoothly. Patients consistently feel at ease in your care, and you build strong rapport through clear communication and a calm, friendly presence. Treatment rooms are consistently prepared on time, properly stocked, and maintained according to practice standards and protocols. You are an active, reliable team member who contributes in morning huddles, communicates clearly with colleagues, and helps create a positive, supportive work environment. What We're Looking For Current Minnesota Dental Assistant License. Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage a steady patient flow and stay calm under pressure. Strong communicator who enjoys interacting with patients and collaborating closely with the clinical and front-desk teams. A positive, “pitch-in” attitude, always willing to help wherever needed to support patients and teammates. Compensation and Benefits Competitive pay and benefits package.
