We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our dental clinic. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a patient focused practice and have experience assisting with a wide range of dental procedures.
Responsibilities: Assist the dentist chairside during various dental procedures. Provide support for root canals, dental implants, orthodontics, and general dentistry. Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials before procedures. Maintain proper sterilization and infection-control protocols. Take and develop dental X-rays as permitted by state regulations. Assist with patient preparation, comfort, and post-treatment instructions. Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation. Anticipate the dentist’s needs during procedures and efficiently pass instruments and materials. Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and properly stocked. Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients and the dental team.
Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Dental Assistant — required. Experience assisting with implants, endodontics, orthodontics, and general dentistry strongly preferred. Front office knowledge is a plus. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team. Professional, reliable, and patient-focused attitude. Current certifications/credentials required by applicable state regulations.
