Experienced Dental Assistant
Private Practice | Federal Way, WA
We are an established private dental practice in Federal Way seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our small, friendly team. We are focused on providing high-quality care while seeing one patient at a time.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, positive, organized, proactive, and hardworking. Because we are a small office, teamwork and attitude are extremely important. Our ideal assistant notices what needs to be done, takes initiative, communicates well, and helps keep the day running smoothly.
Schedule
Tuesday-Thursday: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM-12:00 PM
No evenings or weekends
Responsibilities
● Chairside assisting for general restorative dentistry
● Digital radiographs
● Room setup and breakdown
● Sterilization and infection control
● Maintaining supplies and organized operatories
● Helping maintain efficient patient flow
● Front-office support as needed, such as returning messages or phone calls and taking payments
What We're Looking For
● Dental assisting experience strongly preferred
● Current Washington dental assistant registration
● Excellent attendance and reliability
● Strong communication and patient skills
● Positive, professional attitude
● Ability to work independently and anticipate what needs to be done
● Interest in a stable, long-term position
Compensation & Benefits
● $28-$31/hour DOE
● 4 weeks paid time off
● Consistent weekday schedule
● No evenings or weekends
