Registered Dental Assistant

Clove Dental is looking for an experienced and dependable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our Encino team full-time.

We’re looking for someone who is confident chairside, organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment. The ideal candidate takes initiative, communicates well with both patients and the clinical team, and can work independently when needed.

Candidates must have Monday–Friday availability and be available to work at least 2 Saturdays per month.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist chairside during procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and patients
• Take diagnostic X-rays
• Take impressions and perform permitted RDA duties
• Maintain proper sterilization and infection control protocols
• Keep operatories clean and organized
• Monitor supplies and lab cases
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly logs
• Provide clear post-operative instructions
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Support efficient patient flow
• Perform additional clinical and office duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
• Minimum 1–2 years of dental assisting experience
• Current California X-Ray Certification
• Current 8-Hour Infection Control Certification
• Current CPR/BLS
• Hepatitis B documentation as required
• Strong chairside assisting skills
• Reliable, punctual, and organized
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with Open Dental or similar software preferred
• Must be available for at least 2 Saturdays per month
