Orthodontic Assistant

Overview:

Kidtastic Pediatric Dental & Orthodontics is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Orthodontic Assistant to join our growing team! This full-time opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and families, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about creating exceptional patient experiences. As a valued member of our orthodontic team, you'll help deliver high-quality care and ensure patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their orthodontic treatment journey.

This position is based in Gilbert, AZ, but requires travel between our three Kidtastic locations throughout the Phoenix metro area. If you're dependable, adaptable, enjoy variety in your workday, and have a positive, team-oriented attitude, we'd love to hear from you!

Schedule & Travel

Full-Time

Office Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Travel Requirement: Travel between our Gilbert, Mesa, and San Tan offices as needed throughout the week. Mileage reimbursement is provided.

Compensation & Benefits $21 - $25 per hour, based on experience Monthly production bonus opportunities Mileage reimbursement Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) options Complimentary continuing education courses provided through affiliated vendors Supportive team environment with opportunities for professional growth Responsibilities Assist the orthodontist during patient treatment procedures Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to safety standards Educate patients and parents on orthodontic treatment and oral hygiene practices Take and process digital radiographs as needed Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes Ensure a positive, welcoming experience for every patient Collaborate with team members to support efficient daily operations across locations Qualifications Previous orthodontic assisting experience preferred Recent graduates are encouraged to apply Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between offices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic Join the Kidtastic Team!
